Land Images was part of the design team for the seismic retrofit of the Glendale Municipal Services Building. This building is notable for its unique structural design and its 1960s modernist architecture. The building is supported by four piloti, which were lifted and mounted on a base isolation system to improve seismic safety. The design includes an enhanced civic plaza which celebrates the buildings unique structure and strengthens its public connections.
